Vilu \n\t\t\tpostavil kolem roku 1871 architekt Zdenko Schubert von Soldern *1844 \n\t\t\t\u20201922, pro sv\u00e9ho bratra, pr\u00e1vn\u00edka JUDr E. Schuberta.<br>\n\t\t\tJ\u00e1 u\u017e si jej\u00ed plnou kr\u00e1su nepamatuji, proto\u017ee stejn\u011b jako te\u010f, i \n\t\t\tre\u017eim Obvodn\u00edch podnik\u016f bytov\u00e9ho hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed, nechal vilu vesele \n\t\t\tch\u00e1trat. Kolem roku 1990 jsem zaregistroval stavebn\u00ed ruch a \u0159\u00edkal \n\t\t\tjsem si, \u017ee je vila zachr\u00e1n\u011bna. Velice jsem se zm\u00fdlil. I zde asi \n\t\t\tbude platit osv\u011bd\u010den\u00fd sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159: nechat zch\u00e1trat do takov\u00e9ho stavu, aby \n\t\t\tu\u017e nebylo co zachra\u0148ovat, z\u00edskat demoli\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdm\u011br a takto vy\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd \n\t\t\tpozemek v\u00fdhodn\u011b zpen\u011b\u017eit, p\u0159ipadn\u011b postavit n\u011bjakou sklobetonovou \n\t\t\tpotvoru. Nebo to s tu\u010dn\u00fdm ziskem st\u0159elit. A tady je pokus: k datu 8. \n\t\t\t9. 2023 je vila\n\t\t\t<a target=\"_parent\" href=\"https:\/\/reality.idnes.cz\/detail\/prodej\/dum\/praha-6-libocka\/64f5ca5da760c436620646cb\/\">\n\t\t\tnab\u00eddnuta k prodeji<\/a>.&nbsp; Po\u017eadovan\u00e1 cena pr\u00fd 169 000 000
